Raspberry Pi OS • Appearance settings is not working after installing raspberrypi-ui-mods

After removing XFCE I reinstalled raspberrypi-ui-mods. Something is going wrong with appearance and settings (font icons etc.). The appearance and settings link is broken and running lxappearance as you can see in the videos has no affect on the OS.

Any help will be appreciated
