It has been shown many times how to do this, there is a generic DPI overlay for passing the timing parameters.
You will need some additional HW for supplying the required voltage rails. You should have soje experience in electronics when you want to do that.
If my google skills were right there should be A/D-boards available for that display which let yoi use HDMI.
