Raspberry Pi OS • Info needed on Linux 6.6 commit related to dwc_otg

Could you please let us know the fixes went in to the below commit?
We are using RaspberryPi-4 board, while migrating from kernel version
6.1 to 6.6, we found this commit pushed.
Will OTG functionality work without this commit?

By the way, we have drivers/usb/dwc2 and drivers/usb/dwc3 in the
mainline kernel. Don't they work on the RaspberryPi boards?
