Raspberry Pi OS • Re: Headless Setup for Zero 2 W

Heya, Not sure if you solved this. I just spent the night banging my head with a similar problem.

In my case: When I edit the settings of the imager for Wireless / wifi, it auto inserts my PC wifi network and password. Of course, my wifi is 5ghz, but the Zero 2 W only supports 2.4ghz. So I configured the imager settings manually to 2.4ghz, reimaged and then I was able to connect no problem.

It's funny there are comments and even full guides that mention the zero 2 w connects to 5 ghz. Obviously written by AI. It does not connect to 5ghz.

Specs from https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/ra ... -zero-2-w/ . Hopes this help others!
