Hi, I just started using RPi5 so please forgive my ignorance.
I'm trying to find the best way to remotely access my Pi OS desktop from a Windows PC over the internet with a minimal delay.
Sunshine on the Pi and Moonlight on Windows PC works, but I get around 20-25fps, which is not unusable but quite annoying.
From Sunshine log, I have noticed that Pi is using software encoding, which I think is the root cause of the delay. And through some web search I found someone mention that Pi5 does not support hardware encoding. If that is the case, I assume it's just a hardware limitation? I hope I'm wrong on this.
Is there any way to improve Sunshine(host on Pi OS)-Moonlight(client on Windows) performance or should I try other ways?
So far I've also tried Pi Connect beta, which was as slow.
Any suggestion would be much appreciated.
