There seems to be missing options
Choose Device only has the ALL option
Choose OS Only has Erase and Use Custom
These use to have many more options in the past
Seems OK for me running on 64-bit RasPiOS Bookworm on an RPi[5]-8.
Did you have a live, working, Internet connection available at the time you tested? Imager downloads a current 'manifest' of available images when it starts: perhaps you are only seeing the default configuration?
