Ignore what Windows says, and just let Imager write the image. If the image writing succeeds OK, then all is fine. If it fails them you might have a fake SD card.
Once imaged, Windows will still only see a small first partition, but the rest of the SD card is in a format that Windows doesn't understand so it ignores it.
