Raspberry Pi OS • Raspberry Pi 4 Upgrade from Lite to Desktop

I have a Raspberry Pi 4 8GB installed with the latest Raspberry Pi OS lite and would like to upgrade to Desktop version.
I have searched online, most of the guides seem out dated.
Appreciate if someone can advise the latest process.
