Raspberry Pi OS • Clone bootable 2Tb nvme to 4Tb.

Hi,
I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

I have a stable RPI5 install which boots and runs off a 2Tb nvme drive (geekworm board). I now wish to replace the drive with a 4Tb. I am having some difficulties cloning the drive. SD Card copier does not work (fails creating partitions).

Is there a documented method for doing this?
