I have implemented solution. But, for shut down it works. For starting rpi, I need to press same button for 4 to 5 seconds. There is gpio-shutdown overlay that can be used on any Pi that works like that, however the Pi5 already has power/shutdown button directly on the board that already does that. And you can also add your own to J2 jumper, see picture in the link.I will give one switch to rpi. This switch will give. High or low to GPIO pin. If GPIO pin received high or low then it will shutdown properly.
case-1: If main power supply (power adapter supply) is kept ON, then pressing switch for 4 to 5 seconds rpi becomes ON.
case-2: If main power supply (power adapter supply) is OFF, then I need to press switch for 4 to 5 seconds for 2 times or sometime 3 times
What is exact expectation for starting rpi from momentary switch?
