I downloaded the newest version of Raspberry Pi OS and wanted to have something done on boot. I put the commands into /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE-pi/autostart
@lxpanel --profile LXDE-pi
@pcmanfm --desktop --profile LXDE-pi
@xscreensaver -no-splash
@export DISPLAY=:0 && galculator
upon reboot, nothing happens. I do not have a local autostart on my user. I have tried various different commands but none of them seem to be doing anything. I have looked for for and autostart error log but there seems to not be one.
To my knowledge /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE-pi/autostart does not seem to be doing anything after the new release. If you know of any fixes or alternative for running commands after login please let me know.
