I like Wayland (and will continue to use it) but one thing I miss that's driving me nuts is the ability to set "focus follows mouse". After many years of having and using this feature under X11 I find I am continuously moving my mouse to a new window and typing something only to find that what I enter appears in whatever window previously had the focus. I've done some research and found that Wayland supports this with a plugin under wayfire but (according to information from https://www.raspberrypi.com/news/a-new- ... rry-pi-os/), "Because we will no longer support wayfire with updates on Raspberry Pi OS, it’s best to adopt labwc as soon as possible". From what I've found wayfire plugins are not supported under labwc. Will there ever be a solution to this problem?
