Hello, I am having the same issue. Fresh Raspbian install on a RPi4.
The login screen is in portrait orientation. During boot and after login (desktop) has the correct (landscape) orientation.
dtoverlay=vc4-kms-dsi-rzw-t101p136cq-rpi4-2lane,interrupt=2
is in the config.txt file. Adding rotation=90 does not work for me.
Any suggestions?
