Raspberry Pi OS • Occasional kernel panic while booting (raspberry pi 4, bookworm)

After setting up a new raspberry pi 4, i occasionally get a kernel panic while booting (see attachment).

When it happens, I need to unpower/repower it once or sometimes a few times and then it will start normally. When it started normally it runs stable including wifi and ssh. I can then "sudo reboot" and it will restart without kernel panic. When i "sudo shutdown now" and unpower/repower it will restart without kernel panic. The problem occurs when the pi was unpowered for at least 30 minutes (dont know it exactly). I've got a decent power supply (3A) and using a Samsung Pro Endurance SD-card.

Any ideas how i could debug this problem?
