I can't get any video to play smoothly in either Chromium or Firefox on my RPI4, even with overclocking.

It is never perfectly smooth, even in 480p 30 FPS.
Then, I've downloaded the video in 1080p 60 FPS :
If I play that video with VLC or mpv under RaspiOS 64 bits, the playback is perfectly smooth.
It shows that the device can play at least 1080p 60 FPS when downloaded locally but struggles to play any low resolution video in a web browser.
