Because, will be released next ...... so not sure why you are asking in the Pi forum about something not released yet.
I mean Raspbian/Debian 13 (Trixie).
If the feature (in Summer 2025, in Release of Trixie) "cvlc --rtsp-tcp rtsp://" will be disabled then the Developers of Raspbian have to talk about that.
As I know Raspbian/Debian 12 is supportet up to 2028.
So we have to switch back to Raspbian/Debian 12 for "cvlc --rtsp-tcp rtsp:// " or change, for exp., to Fedora 42.
