Raspberry Pi OS • How to make uSD card visible to other user?

I've got a Pi5 with and NVME drive that has RPiOS on it. I have two users, one is the primary user and that user is listed in sudoers. The other user is not. I put a uSD card in the uSD card slot and formatted it with GPARTED to ext4. This is to be backup space for critical items. It is visible on the primary users desktop but is not visible at all by the other user. I looked in /etc/fstab and found nothing. There is an entry in mtab. I don't know how that gets there or how to make the card visible to my other user?

And I found another problem, /media/knute/64GB is owned by root and I can't copy any files to it? There is no /media/other/64GB entry? How do I sort this out so both users can save files to 64GB?
