Raspberry Pi OS • Wrong OS when using PI Imager ???

Greetings,

Just downloaded the LEGACY 32 BIT version named Bullseye with Raspi Imager and burned it to an micro sd card.
After starting my Raspberry 4 and some reboots I found out that this is NOT a 32bit version of Linux. See the output of uname below.

Code:

pi@raspberrypi:~ $ uname -aLinux raspberrypi 6.1.21-v8+ #1642 SMP PREEMPT Mon Apr 3 17:24:16 BST 2023 aarch64 GNU/Linuxpi@raspberrypi:~ $
Just to be sure I did this whole process again at least two times to come to the conclusion that again I have a 64 BIT OS.

This is not about being old fashioned and not wanting to move to 64 BIT but I want/need the older version (Bullseye) for an existing project of 25 PI's.

Where should I report this issue so someone can check this?
