I bought a okdo raspberry pi 4 model B start kit 4GB. Firstly I set up without SSH enable, After It didn't work, I tried to which stand on documentation, updated the bootloader then reimage raspberry pi OS with raspberry OS imager. But It didn't work. I could ping raspberrypi.local but when tried to remote access via ssh, it was always connection refused or time out. I don't have monitor that's why I am trying to open ssh by raspberry os imager but it didn't work. I even tried to enable ssh manually by created empty ssh file and create userconfig.txt file with en encrypted password as documentation but it was same error and couldn't remote ssh. What should I do now? Thank for your help and your time!
