Here's one approach. It creates virtual VNC sessions with any resolution you want, which you can access remotely probably using any of your 6 VNC clients.
It requires that you enable X11 on your Pi, and install and configure tigervnc or tightvnc servers. Sounds like for your use case you'd also want to enable graphical autologin.
