The 1Gbit ethernet will be you limiting factor and any congestion on your home network.
Everything else on the Pi is faster.
uSD wear I wouldn't worry about it if you have a decent card, in all honesty they are no where near as bad as the social media regurgitation makes out.
I still have many logging away, even a HomeAssistant with many servers never died after years until I moved to a larger drive (went SSD at this point for cost)
Media streaming tens to be write one, read lots.
File servers the same as dew people delete stuff.
If it is needed files, consider using a USB drive of some sort and keeping the data backed up as you would wan in any server with files you don't want to vanish in a failure.
Also don't boot to the desktop, store files (media) in a format your devices can play.directly.
