Hi:
I'm trying to flash an image on my SD card via Raspberry Pi Imager on my laptop. No options appear under the Raspberry Pi Device Menu-it's simply blank. Under Operating System, I only have two options-Erase and Use Custom.
I've already formatted the SD Card with the official SD Association tool.
I believe the card to be be good. It's brand new. It passed H2TestW with no problems reported.
I tried versions 1.9.4 and 1.9.5 of the Imager program.
Perplexity and other AI apps just led me down a garden path.
The strange thing is, on my other PC, the menu pops up fine with all the normal choices, but I don't have an SD card on that machine. I don't want to buy a reader just for this problem.
