Raspberry Pi OS • Cron jobs stop working after update

Hello there
I have a pi with cron job working,
but after
> sudo update
> sudo upgrade

the cron job stopped working

I tried 5 time by reinstalling the OS and step by step to figure out that the "upgrade" stopped the cronjob to work

I need this urgent to deliver my project

still Apache and php and Cloudflare need to be installed
I faced the issue after finish all system, then repeated it many time to figure it out that the "upgrade" step that cause the cron not to work

I'm using Raspberry Pi 4 with 64 bit OS
