Or you could patch the klibc version locally.
As you know, this is an upstream Debian issue. It is unlikely that Raspberry Pi are going to fix it. Prior to bookworm, RPOS booted without an initramfs by default.
Incidentally, what modules do you have that cannot be loaded from the NFS root?
