With Firefox we have the similar rpi-firefox-mods package which includes some preload extensions and some configuration.
/usr/share/firefox/distribution/distribution.ini adds some preload bookmarks and sets some preferences (the [Preferences] section maps to about:config), although some preferences have to be set in /usr/lib/firefox/browser/defaults/preferences/raspberrypi.js. I can't remember why, but some preferences only work in /usr/lib/firefox/browser/defaults/preferences/raspberrypi.js and not when put in /usr/share/firefox/distribution/distribution.ini
You can set some permissions from config, for example `permissions.default.microphone`. I can't find anything about a copy/paste permission though, nor any way to set permissions for specific websites from config. You might have better luck asking on the Firefox forums or one of their chat rooms.
