my trixie install on a PI5-8G: (full install with desktop & recommended apps)
cups comes up when i do localhost:631 in the web browser.
but not when i use the IP address. (weird i think)
but CUPS appears to be there.
Edit: (looked at your images) so you are getting to CUPS. have you tried install network printer?
