I use rpi-clone very often to clone my SD cards on bookworm. It always works perfectly. I recently installed Trixie on a Pi 4B (Pi OS Lite 64-bit). After I installed my applications, I attempted to clone my SD to make a backup copy. The clone seems to go perfectly, but it won't boot with the new cloned SD.
I then used a new SD, then put the OS on it with Raspberry Pi Imager v2.0.0. I made sure it was updated, and used rpi-clone again. It did the same thing. Everything seemed to clone ok, but the new clone will not boot. Just to be absolutely sure I didn't screw something up myself, I did it a third time with new SD's, payed close attention to everything, and had the same result.
I positive there is a bug causing this. Has anybody else experienced this problem?
