Raspberry Pi OS • Raspi-config tool - no audio devices found (raspberry pi 5)

Hello,

I have noticed on a raspberry pi 5 (4GB) with raspberry pi OS and running raspi-config that there is a problem with audio devices.

See 2 screenshots with no internal audio devices and an error running option s2 audio when executed.

It is strange because in the speaker icon on the OS you can select Digital Stereo HDMI output as you can see in the pic but no audio sound by hdmi.

I have installed also kodi, and in sound section you can’t choose any output hdmi too, see screen below:
As reference, no sound from vlc which is by default on OS with mp3's.

I don't have any external usb card, only raspberry pi 5 with a hdmi cable.

Any idea or how to proceed??
