Never mind, did it the old fashioned way
1. Created bootable SD card
2. Booted from SD card
3. Used Image Writer to install Trixie on NVMe drive
Why don't they just make SHIFT key override bootable media and go straight to network boot, instead of having to create an intermediate bootable SD card?
