Today I have faced the problem again.

Checking wheter this fix was still activated " As a permanent workaround, you can edit ~/.config/libfm/libfm.conf and at the bottom of the [config] section, change gestures_touch_only=0 to gestures_touch_only=1 and then save the file and run pkill pcmanfm to restart the desktop." I did realize that "gestures_touch_only=0" has become active again.
I strongly assume "gestures_touch_only=1" got lost by a system update ...!
I changed again and the bug is immediately fixed!![:D]( "Very Happy")
