I recently bought a raspberry pi 5 and the official case wih pwm fan.
I know the fan is controlled automatically. But how? Does the kernel control the fan or the firmware?
I want to configure the fan so that I can make it spin faster(maybe always full speed). How can I do this?
Continuously writing '4' to the `/sys/class/thermal/cooling_device0/cur_state` seems a bad solution.
I'm not afraid to rebuild the kernel or firmware.
Thank you.
