Raspberry Pi OS • RPI5 Kernel 6.6.20+rpt-rpi-2712 (kworker issues)

Hi! I don't even know where to start. I'll just describe what I've observed since the last kernel update.
I have moved the root directory for my docker images to another partition (same hard disk!) to save space on roofs.

- when I load large docker images with the 6.20 kernel like
docker pull ghcr.io/home-assistant/home-assistant:2024.3.0 (no matter which version) the "
[kworker/u11:2+flush-8:0]" goes to 100%, CPU load is at 6-12, temp@80°C and the download never finishes

- if I put the root directory back to rootfs, the download runs through without any special load on the CPU

- no problem with kernel 6.10 no matter where the root directory for docker is located.

- I have reproduced this once. I restored a backup of my installation with kernel 6.10 and downloaded images several times. on rootfs and on another partition. no problem. Then kernel update to 6.20 and docker pull makes the CPU sweat. but only if the root directory is not on rootfs.

- I have not checked with which other hard disk accesses the kworker process may also cause problems or if it is only related to docker
