Ahoy!
I have two raspberry pi 5, both running raspberry piOS bookworm, and both up to date.
I started with the default kernel that the imager installed ( Linux 6.1.0-rpi8-rpi-2712 aarch64 ) and have since updated to the latest (Linux 6.6.20+rpt-rpi-2712 aarch64). I regularly update with the tool from the desktop.
I have never been able to use cut-and-paste (or copy-and-paste) of files by using the file manager application. I can cp or mv easily from the command line, but nothing happens when I try and do it with a mouse in the file manager. the pop-up menu has copy and cut, but they don't do anything.
Is there some setting I have not found that can make this work?
I attach ~/.config/pcmanfm/LXDE-pi
PS: I just confirmed it works as expect on a raspberry pi zero 2 w running 32 bit Bullseye (Linux 6.1.21-v7+ armv7l), and 64 bit bullseye (Linux 6.1.21-v8+ aarch64)
