Raspberry Pi OS • Raspberry Pi 3 update failure

I have a Pi3 with Pihole installed and have not had any issues updating my pihole software before.
But now when I try to update my pihole software I get the following error;

Code:

sudo pihole -up [✓] Update local cache of available packages [i] Existing PHP installation detected : PHP version 7.4.33 [i] Checking for git (will be installed) [i] Checking for iproute2 (will be installed) [i] Checking for dialog (will be installed) [i] Checking for ca-certificates (will be installed) [i] Waiting for package manager to finish (up to 30 seconds) [i] Processing apt-get install(s) for: git iproute2 dialog ca-certificates, please wait...----------------------------------------------------------------------E: Package 'iproute2' has no installation candidateE: Package 'dialog' has no installation candidateE: Package 'ca-certificates' has no installation candidate
So I tried to do an update of the OS using raspi-config and also get errors;

Code:
