Actually, as OP is looking to move from 32-bit to 64-bit (I missed that small detail on first reading) the long answer is: Yes, but it is very tricky - and that's without considering the differences between the versions. Slightly less difficult than moving from 64-bit to 32-bit.The longer answer is: Yes, but you're on your own.
