I have since started a migration to Bookworm, but found several really annoying bugs unrelated to speedtest. At least speedtest does work on the new install, though.
I may go back to Buster - I kept it on a separate SSD and I use a SATA dock with my Pi4. In which case I would want to fix speedtest still.
