Here is the fix for now.
1)Launch Terminal
2)Type sudo raspi-config [enter]
3)select "6 advanced options" [enter]
4)select "A6 Wayland" and switch to X11[enter]
5)Openbox on X11 is active [enter]
6)[Tab] right arrow over to Finish [enter]
7)Reboot Yes [Enter]
