Raspberry Pi OS • change 7 DSI-1 resolution on Bookworm

Hello,
I have an official Rpi 7' touchscreen screen DSI-1

I fully re-installed my Pi4 with Bookworm and the display who was connected to a Rpi3 before.

I'm almost complete on the process and the only step missing is to set the resolution to 1200x720 as it was before.

the native tool (Preferences / Screen configuration) only show 800x480 as resolution ...

I search the web and didn't found how to do ...

any help appreciated!
