Environment:
Headless Raspberry Pi Zero W
2023-12-11-raspios-bookworm-armhf-lite
I am in the habit of removing the /etc/sudoers.d/010_pi-nopasswd file so that my password is required to use sudo.
Having done this, if I connect to the Pi via ssh, and issue a command with sudo, then I am prompted for my password.
If I logout, and connect again, I find that I can use sudo without being prompted for my password.
If I connect after the default 15 minute sudo timeout, then I must re-enter my password.
I am wondering if anyone can confirm this behavior, or offer a cause or fix.
I see the same behavior on a Pi Zero that I had flashed with the 2023-10-10 bookworm image.
I have other Pi Zero Ws still running bullseye that do not exhibit this behavior; after logging out, even if I reconnect immediately, then I must enter my password to use sudo again.
