Try to find the manufacturer's datasheet/manual for the drive. Back in the days of mechanical drives for laptops, these sometimes quoted spinning hours per week as recommended operation or warranty conditions.
For other drive types it is more common for the MTBF/AFR to be quoted based on 8760 hours/year, because that minimizes thermal cycling. There may even be a limit on spin-up-down cycles for some enterprise drives.
