Fixed 2 bugs:

• Options for microphone/camera/screen not showing "none" if none are available
• Output file being overwritten. Now it picks a unique filename if the previous one exists

To anyone reading this: it would really help my confidence here to have a few people simply say "it works well on my setup." So far I have received no feedback at all, yet it has been downloaded 85 times. If it works great, then say it works great.
