Raspberry Pi OS • Disable Screen Lock in Final Bullseye release

I have a Raspberry Pi 3B+ with a stock 32bit Bookworm which runs a kiosk application using the Flow browser. This has worked fine for a number of weeks. I have just upgraded it to the new (or what is described as the final) release of Bookworm. Unfortunately, this comes with an upgraded Screen Lock which turns on after a short while which is no good for a kiosk which doesn't have a keyboard and mouse and thus renders the kiosk unusable.

The kiosk is started up with /home/pi/.config/labwc/autostart which just respawns the browser.

Much as I have tried, I cannot turn it off. I have tried/ruled out:
Display Blanking in raspi-config
Display Blanking in Raspberry Pi Configuration menu
xset -dpms s off in the autostart file

I see references to swaylock in the forums but cannot see it running anywhere.

I am completely stuck. Can anyone who has faced the same problem give me the magic incantation to leave the screen running continuously please.

(apologies if the format is wrong, this is my first post)
