Raspberry Pi OS • Cannot obtain source code for labwc 0.8.4-1+rpt1

I cannot access the source code for labwc version 0.8.4-1+rpt1 included in the latest RaspiOS.
The +rpt1 suffix indicates Raspberry Pi-specific patches, but:

apt-get source labwc fails
Package not found in Raspberry Pi Foundation GitHub repositories
Cannot identify what modifications are in the +rpt1 patch
