I have a slight variation on the above. I have a Pi 3B (armhf) and I have upgraded from bullseye to bookworm, as a by-product of upgrading OMV 6 to 7. I had the same warnings as above except there were TWO of them. I followed the instructions above to the letter, and this got rid of ONE of them. When I retried apt update, one remained. When I re-applied your procedure to get rid of it, the responses at the CLI were the same, and I checked that the file appeared in /tmp and then disappeared after. NB the 8 character key for this second one was actually the same as the one in your example. But the update produced a different result:-So I have gone from 2 warnings to 3! Any suggestions welcome.
