sudo rpi-update will get you an experimental 6.6.30 kernel that you need to treat with care (and have a backup so you can reverse the change).
sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade will get you a 6.2.?? kernel (assuming your /etc/apt/*.list and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/* files are up to date).
