Your situation (which was clear from the first post) is that you want a configuration that supports "two seats" where the two displays are totally independent.

A quick Google suggests Wayland can support this type of use, and I know X windows certainly can as I used it some years ago.
Try Googling for "linux multiseat Xwindows" or "linux multiseat Wayland" for some ideas.
https://wiki.debian.org/Multi_Seat_Debian_HOWTO might be a good place to start.

that's exactly what i whant! even if it's looks so "manual" that i feel i could mess something! (it's also true that i have a clonezilla backup), however, considering that technically speaking what i'm looking for already exists, it would be interesting to implement the multi seat settings on the graphical interface (in "Raspberry Pi Configuration") in my scenario there will always be only one user at once, with the main seat using usb keyboard and mouse, while the second one a bluetooth keyboard and a wireless mouse with an adapter seen as another usb wired mouse (it works with every system without any pairing button), i use a USB 3.0 SSD to boot the system (something tell me that the guide you mentioned doesn't consider that) , the other USB 3.0 port is used by an external hardisk with stand alone power supply used with openmediavault (booted from microsd) and rarely used on Rpi OS
