I used the Pi Imager to write the recommended image (64bit Bookworm) to to SD cards for a Pi 3 Model B 1.2 and B+. In the imager I set the wifi location (US) and AP logins. Neither system had a working wifi after booting up. I then ran raspi-config the option to check the settings and the wifi location is greyed out and I can not view it. Rfkill does not list any wlan networks.
I would have expected PiOS to allow wifi to work out of the box. Is there something basic I'm missing?
